Easy access to local sights yet quiet enough to enjoy nature and the beautiful sound of a loon on the lake.We were lucky to find this place and have such an enjoyable stay. After we arrived Brianna came to welcome us and provide some detail about the home. This is a beautiful property, impeccable decor and design with all the amenities plus more. „We had a very nice week at this cottage. It’s a quieter part of the river, boat-wise, so good SUP’ing and kayaking. Good fishing spots too. The cottage is on the smaller side, but it sleeps six comfortably, and otherwise we spent all our time outside, so we did not mind the smaller living area. We brought a pop-up shelter to create more shade near the water, as it’s on the sunny side. „We can not thank you enough for our dream vacation at the most wonderful location. We loved the very small town of Westmeath. The large cottage is superb in every way. It had a cool inviting sub level with bunk beds for kids to build memories, with movies and cards for late night.
