„Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce petit bungalow reculé avec une vue sublime depuis la terrasse comme depuis le lit. La chambre est dotée d’une grande baie vitrée qui permet une vue panoramique. C’était propre, bien entretenue et la propriétaire a été très agréable. Nous avons été reçue avec beaucoup de petites attentions. Un grand merci ! Attention : c’est reculé et je vous conseille de louer une voiture (service proposé directement sur place par la propriétaire).“

„We loved it but, they need better arrangements for coming and going. There was only 1 key for opening the gate and since we were there with family with everyone doing what they wanted it made things difficult. I suggest a pin pad with a code for each renter.“

„Fantastic cabin just far enough away from the city to still easily drive back and sightsee. Fall asleep listening to the river rushing by outside. The sitting area on the river bank was a great place to relax with wine & a cigar after a hectic day in the city. The host was quick to respond to inquiries and the cabin was very cozy.“

„I booked this 2 days, maybe 3, in advance. The property never sent me a confirmation. Nothing. I arrived in Puerto Natales and took a taxi to the property. They never heard of me. Wouldn't let me in. I had to scramble to book another hotel, on the spot, for more money. This booking was "unrefundable". So, I'm out for 4 nights of payment and got NOTHING FOR IT. I will NEVER book a VRBO on Orbitz or Expedia again. What a horrible experience. “

„Muy mala experiencia, teniendo confirmacion y reserva por mail de hotels.com , al llegar a pucon, llame para informar que llegaria mas tarde de lo informado y me dicen del hotel que mi reserva no existia y que ellos no trabajan con hotels.com. llame para que me solucionaran el problema, hable mas de 10 veces y aprox 4 horas con hotels.com y no tuve solucion. Quede con mi familia en pucon abandonado sin posibilidad de ir a otro hotel o cabaña ya que estaba todo full. Tuvimos que dormir la prinera ...
