„Nick was the most attentive host anyone could ever ask for. The property was clean and stocked with any supplies you could ever need. Ubers and Lyfts were the best options for transportation to and from White House, Capitol, museums, etc. tip: make sure to read the Welcome white notebook when you arrive, lots of valuable information.A wonderful trip! Great warm cookies Nick!“

„We came with young children and the house was well appointed with everything we needed as a large group. The location is perfect with young kids, a playground the next block over and a metro stop is 5 minute walk. Everyone in the neighborhood is so friendly! We really enjoyed our stay here in DC!“

„This property was as advertised - fabulous location for sightseeing. Metro a block away, Safeway a block away too. We are five college friends in our early 70’s and this property worked well for us. The communication with the property owner was consistently excellent, Alec is very responsive and helpful. Beds were nice and firm. Kitchen worked well for our needs. „Clean, modern property. Coffee, hair dryers and ample kitchen equipment on hand. We had 6 adults using the accommodation and were comfortable in the space. Location is near NOMA. We mainly Ubered around town to restaurants and museums and fairs were cheap.“

„Our family of five truly enjoyed our stay here!! The location was wonderful and we loved the amenities in the building… The lounge on the seventh floor was absolutely amazing!! There was quite a bit of noise from the nearby train, and the beds also were loud and the pull-out bed could have been more comfortable, but we were overall very pleased with the accommodations and would definitely stay here again!“

„Everything was excellent except the washer/dryer combo was not good. It took forever to dry anything. Also, there was no can opener. We were able to barrow one from the folks next door. Otherwise, the location and place was amazing. “

"Ein tolles Hotel. Die Lage ist top. Man ist super schnell bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Unser Zimmer war sauber und hatte eine Standardgröße für die USA. Ich würde euch empfehlen, dass Frühstück mit zu buchen. Für den Preis bekommt man es woanders nicht besser hin und man hatte eine schöne Auswahl."

"Ein sehr gutes Hotel mit tollem Personal (besonders Salomon und seine Kollegen vom Valet-Parking!) und unser Zimmer war sehr schön! Die nächste Metrostation ist gleich um die Ecke und die dort fahrende rote Linie bringt einen direkt nach Doentown. Toll ist aich, dass sich direkt neben dem Hotel ein Biergarten namens "Wundergarten" befindet. Sehr leckeres Bier! Achtung bei dem Supermarkt an der Ecke, der hat zumeist Apothekerpreise... Das Hilton Garden Inn Washington D.C. Capitol kann man auf jeden Fall gerne nehmen!"

"The best place to stay in D.C.. Have been staying there for business travel or vacation for the past 20 years and will come again. Cozy clean rooms, extremely friendly and helpful staff and a location you can‘t beat, right between Downtown and Georgetown, and the Metro just steps away. Love this Place!"

"Klasse Unterkunft mit super bequemen und riesigem Bett. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Die National Mall sowie das Weiße Haus kann man zu Fuß gut erreichen. Lediglich das Parken vom Hotel ist sehr teuer (48$ pro Tag)."
