„Stayed for 1 night with my Mum as we were visiting the Cotswolds. Was advertised with parking; but no off street parking was available. When we arrived, were greeted by a friendly lady, shown up to the room. The room was unsatisfactory - thick layer of mould all over the windows, walls & shower, dirty kettle, dust (thick & black) all over the room, dirty floor & walls, bowel motions in the toilet brush. We spoke to the lady who greeted us to which she apologised as was not aware of the above ...

Im Haus gibt es einen gemütlichen Pub, in dem man auch gut essen kann. Burton on Water ist eines der schönsten Dörfer in den Cotswolds. Wir würden jederzeit wieder im Old Manse Hotel ...

„Overall it was a very nice stay, the room (Sienna) was luxurious with excellent kitchen facilities a really comfy, big bed and a nice looking terrace (although the rain put paid to using it). It is situated perfectly with great independent eateries and bars within a short walk. Parking is a little difficult and if there were some way of communicating exactly when a space would be free that would be more convenient. The lack of a working freezer compartment was the only other downside although ...

„Great communication and a room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Well appointed, stylish room with comfy bed, a powerful shower and nice tea, coffee and biscuits. An eye mask and ear plugs were supplied as the only down side is there is noise from the street. The windows are sash and I expect can’t be double glazed. Probably not an issue unless you’re a light sleeper.“
