Maximum overnight occupancy is 18; maximum daytime occupancy is 25. This property has two active security cameras on premises. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. The garage at this home is NOT accessible to renters. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible to renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock.
