The view is awesome my dog didn’t appreciate the golfers, she jumped every time one of them tee’d off from the box below the patio haha. If you have a bigger vehicle navigating the garage will be difficult but there is ample parking. The owners should invest in a coffee pot that has an automatic shutoff and upgrade the grill - took me forever to make bbq chicken breasts low flame issues. I would have ...

„There were a few things that needed repaired - master bathroom ceiling coming apart host was aware having work done 5/20. the patio BQ is far from new and photos look nicer/larger than it was. everything outside looked nice but needed cleaned - very dusty and needed covered and cleaned before sitting on. it is a dusty and hot in Phoenix so not surprised.
