„We all had a wonderful stay! We were able to check in early and start our day exploring the area. The creek is very close to the house but was a little difficult to get to since we were told by a neighbor we couldn’t go through the vacant lot. House was very nice and fit our two families great. If it had one more bathroom it would have been perfect but we knew there was only the two. The owners left us a nice surprise of s’mores for the kids as well! That was very nice and thoughtful.“

„We had three families stay in this home. Everything worked wonderfully and the house is very well stocked. The instructions were accurate and thorough. Absolutely enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool table. We've rented a VRBO every year for the past four years, this was by far our favorite property. We will definitely be back to Timberloft again. I would highly recommend for all families.“

„The large property provided plenty of space and parking to host a wedding rehearsal dinner. The game room is large and provides many games and a separate TV room for entertainment. The owner was very responsive to my questions and provided all details to ensure a fantastic stay.“

„Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und haben wieder den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! die Zummer sind gross und die Betten sehr gut! es ist alles sauber und die ganze Anlage gepflegt! super ist natürlich die tolle Aussicht auf Sedona! es gibt auch eine Bar, wo man am Abend gemütlich ein Glas Wein drinken kann! “

„Clean, Beautiful and well thought out property in Flagstaff. We wanted a place close to airport in Flagstaff to meet with another couple before we went to Grand Canyon the next day. Perfect for our needs. Excellent Communication with owner and property as described. The only two things that are a bit tricky are parking and how close it is to the medical center. (sirens)“

„The property was adorable, the photos do not capture the quaintness and cleanliness of the home. The host was very prompt and patient with his replies to my frequent questions. He even came over to check on a simple security concern on the 1st day. (It was a super easy fix) The neighborhood is quiet- probably wouldn't walk around after dark, but felt safe overall. Very close to downtown Phoenix, a few short minutes away from the Skye Harbor Airport. I highly recommend this property.“

„The interior of the room was very dirty. I had to wear shoes all the time indoors to keep from getting my feet dirty. Most areas of the room were dated, worn , in need of maintenance and cleaning.“
