„I really liked the friendliness of the reception staff. Melinda helped me and was super sweet. The gentleman(forgot his name) helped with getting my bags to the room. Not having a microwave in the room is inconvenient enough but they did not have one in the hotel for guest use and I felt that is ridiculous in 2024.“

„Great unit. Fantastic location and layout. Only complaint is that the pool is locked in the middle of the building. So if your flight home is later than noon there is no way to just hang out at the pool. You would literally be locked in. And your key only works for the rooftop deck during certain hours. “

„Friendly staff, fine rooms. Bathrooms could use an update which is currently happening. Some construstion noise during the day but who hangs out on their room all day anyway. Overall not bad considering how much I saved compared to other hotels.“

„The casita was excellent and located in a beautiful, safe, quite residential section near downtown Phoenix. The host was available to greet us and review the features of the property. Dining options were available within a short walk or driving distance. We only stayed one night but I would stay here again for an extended period and recommend this property to anyone who wished to stay in this area. “

"The room was perfect, just as described and pictured on the website. The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. There was also a free shuttle service to any place within 2 miles from the hotel as well as to and from the airport. While vegan options were limited, there was always oatmilk available. We had a wonderful stay and can definitely recommend this hotel. "
