„Everything was very nice except for the person duty when we checked in, his mood was unprofessional and unpleasant. The hotel’s location is the best and the decor is so unique and fun! The free drink card was a very nice touch! Room was quiet, cooled perfectly and bed was comfortable. I would the hotel and just hope you are greeted properly when you check in! Didn’t ruin our time, it was vacation! “

„Friendly staff, well located in Downtown Phoenix, excellent value for money esp. for the breakfast. On the downside: no curtains before the windows in the room resulting in zero privacy. Hence, other guests could directly peek into your room. There is a window shade which can be rolled down but then you feel "trapped" since it completely "darkens" the room. So either let other guests peek into your room or sit in the dark...“
