„I guess the first thing I should say is, I’m the last person in the world that ever fills any of these things out. I don’t waste my time with surveys, giving emails to stores, so they can send me emails I don’t want etc.. This is one of the very few times I’ve taken the time to express the convenience, cleanliness, communication, and overall peaceful and pleasant experience in which I has. „Overall good stay and decent place but communication with the property owner for check-in was awful. I messaged them several times prior to my arrival even a week before and no response. Finally, after calling several times, I received a call back 45 minutes after check-in time, with check-in instructions. It is really not that hard to send one message to guest with instructions but required me calling them several times to receive response.“
