„My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of ...

„Grundsätzlich eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Schöne Zimmer und sehr sauber. Auch ein reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstück. Das WLAN ist ausgezeichnet! Aber leider war der Check-in etwas problematisch! Laut der Beschreibung hatte ich ein Zimmer mit eigenen Bad und Frühstück gebucht. Aber das Hotel meine die Buchung sei nur "only Room" ohne Frühstück und mit Bad ausserhalb des Zimmers. (Das Bad wäre aber nur für mich gewesen: Leider war der Voucher nur in Deutsch und so kam es zu einer längeren ...

„I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall.“
