„Taj welcomes in style, loved it. A little disappointed with food on the first day of stay. Maybe I was comparing with TIQRI and Taj Mahal Palace. Just didn’t get real Taj feeling at The Trees. „Ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit Fußnähe zum Airport BOM. Der Service ist erste Klasse, genau so wie die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter. Da mein Weiterflug erst abends ging, habe ich beim Anfragen ein kostenloses Late Check Out bekommen. Klasse Service. Auch wenn etwas teuer, würde ich dieses Hotel immer wieder auswählen. „It was horrible, we booked it for 1 night and we arrived there in evening around 8pm. Very dirty and permanently damaged bedsheets, pillow, pillow cover and blanket was there on our bed . Please see pictures. Unfortunately we didn’t had option to move in evening so we request them to change everything and clean the room again which work with 2 more hours of checkin.“

„The Grand Hotel has something to do with history. Located in an area of Colaba, where on Saturdays and Sundays the kids are playing cricket and families are sleeping on the ground, it seems to be a lighthouse. All humans who are working in the Grand Hotel are truly kind, very helpfull and convinced that they are working together for us as their guests. Not everything is perfect - but being accommodated in such an environment - it was a pleasure to stay there. Long lives The Grand Hotel!“

„I liked the hotel's rates and it's location which is just minutes away from the domestic terminal of Mumbai Airport. The front desk staff was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Operations Manager Richard Serrao was super friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. The buffet breakfast was good. Overall the T24 Retro Hotel gives good value for the money.“
