Everything in the house is high functioning and the view to the river is beautiful. It’s a long windy drive up and down to the house but it’s worth it. The listing states there were 3 bedrooms but the third “bedroom” is an office with an uncomfortable pullout couch bed that had dirty sheets. We had to wash the bedding before use. The neighborhood is currently under construction but was only heard on the weekdays. Overall it was a really nice place that was comfortable with a really large kitchen and lounge area. “
