„The property was perfect for what we needed and very clean. We were close by to Pacific Grove. The free guest passes to the Aquarium were also a huge perk! The kitchen had plenty of pots and amenities so we were able to easily make our own food.“

„Construction and heavy machinery on-ongoing on a small property. Workers flighting and yelling throughout the day. Windows do not shut fully, due to age/wood warping, layers of paint. Peeling paint and rotting wood around the window in the shower. Severe ant problem - by the 3rd day ants were everywhere in the kitchen, all over our stored food. The wood floors were rough and splinter easily, as well as the damaged wood deck. My son had a splinter when he forgot to wear flip flops one evening. ...
