„Read the fine print. While I knew there wasn’t a bedroom for each of us, I did not realize there was a weird bathroom situation. The bathroom had a toilet and a tub/shower. There were 2 sinks, one in each bedroom. Nowhere to wash hands if using the bathroom and you are the one sleeping on the pull out bed. "Nahe Downtown und Strand gelegenes Hotel. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit gemütlichen Betten und einem großen Bad. Frühstück okay, nichts besonderes. Parken ist kostenlos und es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze, sowie einen schönen kleinen Pool."

"Unser Aufenthalt im Hyatt Carmel Highlands war wirklich hervorragend. Das Hotel ist einfach wunderschön und hat eine besondere Atmosphäre. Die Lage, die Aussicht und das gesamte Ambiente haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team – vor allem, weil man sieht, wie viel sie täglich leisten und ständig die Treppen hoch und runter müssen. Trotzdem waren alle immer freundlich und professionell. Insgesamt war fast alles top und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt war der Fernseher im Zimmer. Dieser wirkte etwas veraltet und hatte leider keine Möglichkeit, YouTube, Netflix oder andere Streaming-Dienste zu nutzen. In einem Hotel dieser Kategorie wäre ein moderner Smart-TV aus unserer Sicht zeitgemäß. Abgesehen davon war es ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt, und wir würden das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen."
