This quiet neighborhood is conveniently located near the Mission Trail Park and the Carmel Mission Basilica Museum as well as the Barnyard and Crossroads Shopping Centers and Carmel River Beach.

This is a perfect location from which to enjoy all that the local area has to offer, from day trips down the Big Sur Coastline and winery tours of Carmel Valley to golfing and scenic drives through Pebble Beach® and shopping and dining options of nearby coastal towns of Monterey and Pacific Grove. The home is situated near downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea which is full of galleries and boutique shops, not to mention miles of beaches.

Living Spaces
The comfortable, elegant living area has a gas fireplace controlled by a remote control and a TV with Comcast cable.
The 1,903 sf home is mostly one level inside but there are a few steps down from the entry into other rooms and 3 steps down into the back yard. The immaculate kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals at home.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 is the primary suite and it has a king bed, TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub combination.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.
Bedroom #3 has a queen bed.
The shared hall bath has a shower-over-tub combination.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

The garage can be used for parking up to two vehicles and it is home to the washer and dryer.
Parking for three vehicles is available in the driveway.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. This home is available from May 1 - October 31 each year; 6 month stays may qualify for a special rate.
