„Very clean, though option available to skip a clean if you wanted (for eco purposes). Great welcome on arrival and at breakfast time. Amazing staff, one spotted my kid reading his comic at breakfast and made a point of letting us know there was a comic book fair being held in the hotel that day. My son and I would definitely be happy to stay here again.“

„Restaurant closed very early, there was no way to get any food. Elevator at the front door didn't work properly. Then they gave ma a room that was the most far away room you can imagine although I had super heavy luggage and despite the fact that the hotel wasn't booked out. The room was not heated and super cold. The sink in the bathroom was blocked. When I had breakfast and walked away to get a second coffee someone put a bottle with cleaning detergent on my bench and didn't show up anymore. ...

„Wenn man den Busverkehr in Cardiff versteht, ist das Hotel gut zu erreichen, eine Haltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Dadurch ist es bei einem Zimmer zur Straßenseite etwas lauter. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück englisch. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und zum Teil angenehm groß. Leider hatten wir keine Zimmer nebeneinander, aber so konnten wir das Haus kennenlernen. Das Frühstück kostet 5 Pfund extra, aber das lohnt sich: Getränke, Cerealien, Toast und ein englisches Frühstück, ...
