Alles in allem war es eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Die Handtücher haben leider nicht frisch, sondern leicht nach Fett gerochen, weshalb es im Punkt Sauberkeit einen Abzug gibt. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs, weshalb die Umgebung nicht die volle Punktzahl hält, aber das haben wir gewusst. Für einen Stadtaufenthalt ist das Hotel absolut zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

aufenthalt vom 25.05. bis 31.05.2023 im apartment 701. zustand des apartments war in ordnung, mobiliar hat erste nutzungserscheinungen. sauberkeit im zimmer war super. personal, insbesondere im foyer / am empfang, einfach fantastisch. lage des hotels sehr gut. wir haben uns immer sehr sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. frühstück und das yu-restaurant im onyx, sehr gut. fazit: das onyx können wir ruhigen gewissens weiterempfehlen, sehr gutes hotel.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber, groß und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück in Buffetform sehr gut und die warmen Speisen die man dazubestellen kann einfach toll! Unser Auto war im hoteleigenen Parkhaus sehr gut untergebracht. Zur Waterfront ist es ein Spaziergang von ca 10 Minuten, den man am Tag bedenkenkenlos machen kann.

The staff were amazing, the breakfast was wonderful and the rooms very clean and roomy. Close to a hop on bus stop and within a half hour walk of the V&A waterfront (not recommended when dark).

Very nice in a very nice area. Central so close to lots of places, even walkable if you feel safe enough walking at night in cape town. The breakfast is great, one of the best I have had but Cape Town standard is high and this was still good. They have a nice restaurant on site too. Very yummy food. My only downside is that our bathroom was very very tiny and sometimes the hallway and lift smelt of weed.

The property was nice. The area is not safe at night. If you drink martinis you won't find a green olive anywhere. They also didn't pick me up at the airport.

The property and staff were great - so helpful but like a lot of places you couldn’t walk at night. It is close to the v&a waterfront and the city bus stops right around the corner - stop 3 on red route. Ubers are reasonable so no problem getting around

The coffee shop downstairs is great- MRKT. The hotel is super clean. The studio we had was massive and super clean and comfortable for 2 people. The pool area is a bit small, but it is nice, but by the afternoon the sun goes. The hotel is modern. I would definitely stay here again. Uber comes very quick. Use the main roads when walking in the day, we walked to the waterfront in the day time. Never walk at night. The staff are so helpful.

Good location for Waterfront - 15 min walk. Huge room, lots of space and facilities. Nice small pool and spa pool. Comfy beds. Good breakfast. Easy free parking. Would certainly stay there again.

All the staff were great. Yu restaurant very good, a generous breakfast in the MRKT restaurant which is also good for lunch. Hotel price very good.
