First time cruising so TownePlace was a natural choice since its a 10 min drive to the terminals. Property is located within a cluster of hotels along a strip with dining options close by. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped with a kitchen. Excellent staff service, free breakfast and dining onsite. Super clean rooms. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very nice and clean! The service was great and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good. I’d definitely revisit when I come back to the area.

I travel often and I must say, this was by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. It starts with an extremely friendly & helpful staff, INCLUDING the housekeeping staff, to a spotless room (not even kidding), and the property was as well. Close to almost multiple restaurants, shopping, and roughly 5 min from the port. The ONLY complaint I had, which really isn’t much, was if you don’t get down for breakfast bright and early, the chocolate milk is gone. I ended up heading to the gulf and only wish I would’ve stayed and spent more time in PC. Definitely will be back again!

Amazingly clean, was at far end of “strip” but we had a rental and all was fine. Wasn’t as close to the beach as we’d hope - but wasn’t “far” either. All in all it was excellent and we’d stay again.

Nice hotel. Great location and extremely close to the cruise terminal. They offered a ride to the terminal for a nominal fee per person. We arrived late and the front desk told us about some restaurants nearby that offered delivery. Would definitely stay there again.

It’s a nice , quite new hotel. Front desk staff were super friendly & helpful. But our room was stuffy as could be. We could not get the AC to cooperate and the windows are not opening type. We either boiling & suffocating from stuffiness or freezing. Towels were thin ,not great. Breakfast food was good if you could get any. It was seriously understaffed and they constantly ran out of stuff. Hey, it’s a busy hotel filled with folks going/coming from cruises. One guy got quite upset & left. And the phone system was seriously messed up, they admitted that. Our phone annoying flashed all night but no message. But if you requested a fan, or pillows say, they were quick and very nice. I wouldn’t stay here again. Families doing Disney cruise enjoyed pool.
