Welcome to our modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Brooksville, FL! This inviting retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and style, making it an ideal choice for your next family friendly getaway!

The Space:
Step into a spacious and tastefully decorated living area that serves as the perfect gathering spot for family and friends. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room to the fully equipped kitchen, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen features modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials to whip up delicious meals during your stay.

The three cozy bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration. With comfortable bedding and ample storage space, you'll feel right at home.

The bedrooms each have a different sized beds:

- The master bedroom has a very comfortable, king sized bed, with an ensuite bathroom off to the left side of the room and a huge walk in closet!
- Bedroom 2 has a queen mattress
- Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds with quilts for the bed spread
-Living room includes a pull out sofa for needed extra space. (Please let us know if you may need this so we can leave you sheets)

The two well-appointed bathrooms ensure convenience for not only the master room, but also right next to the other 2 bedrooms, all located on the left side of the home.

Take advantage of Florida's sunshine in our private, fully fenced backyard! The backyard is a delightful extension of our home.

- Small playground set for the children


Starter pack of amenities you will be provided inside the home:
- Fresh paper towel roll
- New roll of toilet paper per bathroom and the extras will be left under the sink
- Hand soap in each bathroom and kitchen
- 1 new sponge
- Dish soap + 3 dishwasher tabs (Where applicable)
- 1 set of travel sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash per bathroom
- A few trash bags + one in the can upon arrival
- 3 laundry pods for the washer and dryer

- Only 6 miles to the center of Brooksville, where many more restaurants, convenience stores and the public schools are located. We are more than happy to try and accommodate you for extended stays and transitions from possibly moving to the up and coming area!
