„Schöne Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe. Die Schlüssel wurden hinterlegt, da wir an einem Feiertag kamen, alles problemlos. Es gab einige Handtücher zu wenig. Als wir das am Folgetag ansprachen, wurden diese gebracht. Irritiert hat mich, dass die Gäste gebeten wurden vor der Abreise einen Teil der Handtücher selbst zu waschen (Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden, Pulver nicht), sodass man darauf angewiesen ist, dass die Vorgänger die Handtücher heiß genug waschen.“

„Wir haben das Häuschen für 4 Wochen auf unserer Trauminsel gemietet und waren sehr sehr zufrieden. Es ist alles vorhanden um sich rundum wohl zu fühlen, und die Lage zu den Stränden ist optimal. Cindy Miller ist eine sehr nette und sehr bemühte Vermieterin. Emailkontakt mit Ihr läuft reibungslos und ohne lange Wartezeiten. Sie versucht auf sämtliche Belange Ihrer Mieter einzugehen um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Wenn es mehr als 5Sterne geben würde.... wir würden sie geben! ...

„Great location Had all amenities needed( host even provided a turkey pan). Would definitely go back. Beds a little noisy box springs. Kitchen trash can a little small to accommodate large group. Also would of been nice to have broom available“

„Nice unit, but a bit difficult without a washer and dryer in the unit and one can easily be put in in the closet of the main bedroom. We asked for more towels and were told they would be coming, but none were delivered. The kitchen was nicely equipped with what we needed and we liked the pool, outdoor patio, and proximity to the pier. Thank you for a lovely stay.“

„Vbro - We love AMI and we really loved the location of 215 Fir ave. The house was just a few streets away from Pine Ave, the Ami community center and 3 houses from the beautiful gulf side beach up toward Bean Point. The backyard was very private with beautiful landscaping. We enjoyed the heated pool and it looked so nice at night too when it was lit up- the tiki guy was cool! The house had everything we needed, although it could use some updates and we would suggest fewer carpets- the tile/ ...

The owner must have access to the air conditioner temperature. We could not lower the temp below 73 degrees so sleeping was very sweaty and uncomfortable. „This charming 2 bed, 1 bath cottage is in the perfect location. It is in walking distance to coffee shops, breakfast spots and dinner restaurants. Close to the beach one direction and city pier the other. It is well stocked with all you would need and exceptionally clean. The screened porch in back with solar lighting in the back yard is ideal for your evening glass of wine! Definitely recommend!“

„We enjoyed our stay at Bay - Canal Waterfront! We enjoyed the amenities - the pool is beautiful, large and in the sun all day but plenty of shady areas if you want that too.
