✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 3 vehicles in the large driveway. Free street parking is also available.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the primary bedroom with a desk, ergonomic chair, and monitor hookup.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack ’n play, high chair, infant life vest, toddler puddle jumper, and an infant pool float.

✹ PETS: We have a no-pet policy due to allergies. Thank you for understanding.

✹ SPORTS COURTS: Take advantage of your private custom sports court, available for pickleball, basketball, and hockey. All gear is provided, including basketballs, nets, and pickleball equipment.

✹ BEACH GEAR: Don’t worry about overpacking - we provide essential beach gear including beach chairs, towels, a beach wagon, a cooler, and an umbrella.

Other Things to Note:

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.
✹ Property has exterior security cameras that face the front entrance, porch, garage and one in the backyard that will be on for the duration of your stay. There is an additional security camera in the garage because we rent the car on Turo. There are no cameras in the interior of the property.
