Das Apartment war komplett eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Frühstück war für ca. 9,00 € reichlich, aber typisch englisch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können dieses Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Ohrenstöpsel nicht vergessen
Das positive zuerst: Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, da wir das barrierefreie gebucht hatten. Die Lage ist gut, Geschäfte und Pubs in der Nähe. In der Woche war es sehr ruhig. Das Personal freundlich und höflich. Eine Reklamation (defekte Dunstabzugshaube) wurde umgehend behoben. Aber: Am Freitag und Samstag war der Lärm auf den Fluren unerträglich. Kreischende Mädchen, schreiende Männer die ganze Nacht hindurch. Im übrigen: Keine Kofferablage im Zimmer, keine Ablage im Bad für Kosmetika (wir haben einen der Nachttische umgestellt), kein Deckel über der Toilette, ein Miniatur-Waschbecken, die Klorolle unerreichbar hinter dem Rücken, keine Gardinen (nur verdunkelnde Vorhänge), der Lichtschalter für das Bad am Zimmereingang statt an der Tür zum Bad, keine Lichtschalter, die vom Bett erreichbar sind, die Fenster wegen der Klimaanlage nicht zu öffnen (ein seltsamer Geruch blieb im Zimmer), keine Arbeitsfläche in der Kochnische (nur ein Kunststoffbrett über der Spüle. Toaster und Wasserkochen stehen auf der Heizflche des Herdes und müssen beim Kochen auf dem Fußboden abgestellt werden oder auf dem Tisch, der dann nicht gedeckt werden kann. Wir haben es 2 Wochen ausgehalten, denn wir sind auch schon in schlimmeren Hotels gewesen. Noch einmal? Nein.

Gutes Aparthotel in relativ zentraler Lage
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind erst Nachts angekommen uns mussten deshalb ins Parterre, das Zimmer war klein, dunkel und nicht vorgeheizt. Der Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer im 3. Stock verlief am nächsten Tag ohne Probleme. Dieses Zimmer war besser geschnitten und schön hell. Fussweg in die Innenstadt 15 Minuten, Taxi zum Bahnhof 6 GBP. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden, das Staycity ist ein preisgünstiges Aparthotel, welches wir gerne weiterempfehlen

Sauberes und nettes Hotel
Das Zimmer für 3 Personen war ausreichend groß und sauber. Die Ausstattung inkl. Küche völlig ausreichend. Das Bad bzw. die Sanitäranlage sind gemäß britischem Standard etwas kleiner, aber sauber und ordentlich. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Räume sind etwas hellhörig, aber dennoch für ein solches Hotel in Ordnung.

gutes Hotel in Citylage
Ich hatte ein Apartmentzimmer für 4 Nächte, nach 3 Nächten sollte ein Handtuchwechsel erfolgen, welcher aber nicht stattfand. Das Zimmer wurde auch nicht gereinigt, obwohl bei 3 Personen einiges an Staub anfällt und der auch schon beim Einzug vorhanden war. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet (Föhn, Bügelbrett, Toaster, Wasserkocher u.v.m.) Außerdem verfügt das Zimmer über eine sehr große Duschkabine und ein sehr wirksames Abluftgebläse.

A quick walk (less than 10 minutes) from the Arena but far enough away you don’t get the crowds and noise which is exactly what we wanted. Really friendly staff and room was clean and spacious!

The hotel as a whole was very nice and modern! Staff were happy to help and the place was very clean. My only issue was that the toilet didn’t flush very easily. We had to hold the button down for at least 30 seconds just for the toilet to start to flush - even then it was very slow and as someone with long nails it wasn’t the easiest of tasks! We only stayed for one night for the Olivia Rodrigo concert at the Utilita arena and that was only a 10 - 15 minute walk away so I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is having a short stay for a concert or short break!

An easy 10 minute walk from New Street and close to the Jewellery Quarter. Shame all the museums were closed while we were there. Great room facilities and very good customer service. Luggage storage available which was handy on the day we checked out.

Everything was perfect and beyond expectations. Plenty of space in the room and fully equipped with top-of-the-range equipment. TWO TVs, microwave, cooker, etc Shower was superb - hot and powerful. Normally I max temperature on a shower but I still had some way to go on this one! Small but excellently set out gym with a very well maintained (or perhaps newish) CONCEPT 2 rower (for those in the know, this is the absolute best available)! Parking was expensive at £17.50 for "24 hours" alrthough in reality this only meant until checkout but they were flexible on this AND even with this charge the room was amazing value for a city centre hotel of such quality and the car park did feel very safe and secure. EVERY member (without exception) of staff from receptionists to cleaners were friendly and extremely helpful. TBH hard to fault this hotel on anything.
