Sehr schönes zimmer, nettes personal, aber...
Im großen und ganzen bin ich vollkommen zufrieden mit der wahl meines hotels. Das personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Das zimmer selbst war auch richtig schön und an sich wirklich gepflegt und sauber. Die vorhänge haben alles komplett abgedunkelt, so dass man auch ausschlafen kann, selbst wenn die sonne scheint. Man wird nicht durch das sonnenlicht geweckt. Trotz der lage direlt in der "partymeile" habe ich so gut qie nichts von dem gehört, was da so abging. Also wirklich top. Das einzige, was mir wirklich negativ aufgefallen ist, war schimmel rund um die fensterfugen. Die waren alle samt schwarz. Man kann die fenster nicht öffnen zum lüften. Eine klimaanlage ist vorhanden, funktioniert auch, aber mal ein wenig frische luft wäre wirklich ab und zu.von vorteil. Einfach auch, damit sich sowas wie schimmlige fugen vermeiden lassen. Ansonsten kann ich.mich absomut nicht beschweren. Es war ein toller aufenthalt!

Easy to reach and safe.
Even though there was some road works the hotel was easy to reach. Make sure you check your vehicle of the clear air charge. The hotel is beautifully located and everything is reachable on foot. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom door couldn't be closed completely though. breakfast got a bit of everything. The hotel feels safe because the reception is located on the 3rd floor, parking at the 2nd, only reachable by lift and everything above only with the key card. I'd stay here again.

Leider hat uns nur das Personal am Frühstücksbuffet gefallen. Für Kinder ist es gar nicht geeignet. Das Zimmer sah sauber aus, war aber nicht wirklich. Leider ist auch nichts mit Frischluft, Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, gar kippen. Nach dem duschen war auch das ganze Badezimmer nass. Im Flur hat es auch unangenehm gerochen, liegt aber auch daran das, das ganze Hotel keine frische Luft bekommt. Auf jedenfalls würden wir es nicht weiterempfehlen schon gar nicht mit Kinder.

The hotel was in a great position to walk to the Utilita arena, it was easy to walk to shops and there were lots of bars and restaurants nearby. It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was lovely as were breakfast staff. The only thing that let it down were staff who didn’t know what they were doing in the hotel bar, we waited so long for a quick drink, but there were 4 staff and 3 customers, after 10 minutes we left and found a nice bar to go to next door

I love this hotel. Nice clean room, modern bathroom. Remote control of tv not working well but not big deal. Happy that I can park at this property. Breakfast starts at 7am so great for me as I was up, fed & out of the hotel by 8.30am. Centrally located for the Utilita Arena which meant I could walk there easily.

The property is centrally located and likewise 5 minutes walk from the utilities arena (for gigs). The property is clean and tidy. Bedrooms have irons, ironing board, fridge facilities. Likewise the reception has a bar and breakfast facilities in the morning (with a variety of ingredients to chose from).

A five minute walk from the hotel. There is a canal with lots of eateries shops pubs steakhouses where you can spend the whole day and just relax. Looking at the water. Really lovely. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Birmingham town centre, the hotel is very convenient, reasonably priced and also includes free breakfast.

Easy parking which was £12 which is about as expected for inner city hotel parking. Slap bang on Broad Street with lots of pubs and curry houses nearby. Easy short walk to Utilita Arena. We stayed a Saturday night and despite being on the 15th floor the bass and vibration from the nightclub beneath the hotel was going strong at 1am. Breakfast had a good selection.
