„Overall the stay was good. Our stay was during cold spell, in the living room/sun room area, the heat had been turned off so it was pretty cold the first night. There were no extra blankets to use to be able to sit in this room. The host did supply a blanket and a heater when I messaged him to inquire about the heat. There were a couple “ technical glitches” with some of the appliances but luckily I was capable and persistent and was able to make them work. Would I stay again, probably, ...

„This was a perfect location for me to spend time with my son who attends MUN. The trails nearby provided beautiful views and a nice way to get to Signal Hill. We could make meals together in the well-equipped kitchen and each had comfortable bedrooms. Thanks to Todd for providing such a comfortable home base!“

„The property is just as advertised. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The manager was very quick to respond in a professional manner. The location was very central. There are lots of hills to enjoy while walking the neighbourhood. The only negative that we had was the ceiling height of the hallway to the bathroom. It was very low. Perhaps this is a common thing to expect with a very old character home. We loved our stay. “
