„Our stay was for one night before ferry crossing to Nova Scotia. Unit is above a store same owner with ample parking was a full service newly renovated in a modern way one bedroom apartment. Very quiet after 10 pm. It is in the town a short ways from TCH. Brandan who also was operating store provided very friendly and helpful service. Will stay again.“

„The neighbourhood is in need of serious renovation compared to other districts in St. John’s. The apartment also needs overhaul. Everything is substandard. It's dark. Various minor repairs are required. Decoration and furniture are old-fashioned and have no charm. Even towels are frayed and gray from overwashing. It is not a place where one feels at home. We ended up leaving after just one night. We asked for a partial refund to no avail.“
