Der Strand ist echt toll zum schwimmen und surfen. “

„This is a charming and affordable option in Laguna. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Great food is close by with a grocery store just across the street. Bring your walking shoes! Beach access is close by but a little steep. We loved our stay and would book again. “

„Trust the reviews on this one. It's very walkable to the main beach and many dining and shopping options. Two nice coffee shops nearby as well. It's small -- not a lot of room for suitcases, packages, etc but it's VERY cute and cozy. Also, the rooms are on the second floor (outdoor steps) so be mindful when packing a 50-pound suitcase. “

„Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Wohnung war ausgezeichnet. Es gab kostenlose Strandstühle, Sonnenschirme und Fahrräder ohne Gebühr. Die Straße und angrenzende Bahnlinie hat den Eindruck etwas getrübt. Auch der Weg zum Strand über die sehr hässliche Brücke hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt “

„We were welcomed by Linda personally and very lovingly everything was prepared for us. For the three of us the space was quite sufficient. Very pleasant to use. For our wishes Linda was helpful to us. it is very quiet and you have only short distances to the beach restaurants and shopping. Biking on the beach was a lot of fun for us. Come again with pleasure.“

„Location, location, location!! Pat has a beautiful place right on the ocean. The place is very well-maintained and has absolutely everything. We were a family of 14 and were accommodated with everything we needed from beach towels, regular towels, bikes, beach, chairs, toys… There wasn’t one thing missing! Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful place.“

A few blocks from the paved beach walkway.We rented bikes for the week and rode all over Newport. It is walkable but we wanted to venture around. Make sure to try Lido Market for high end dining and shopping.Seaside donuts were amazing. Charlie’s Chili had great omelettes all day. „I grew up 15 miles from Newport Beach. The location is outstanding from a local perspective. 36-52 street is where locals go to the beach. It’s not as touristy and if you need food or a bathroom- head “home.” We enjoyed taking the Duffy Boat over to Balboa and grabbing a balboa bar. Judy has everything you need to hang out at the beach- towels and chais. The bikes were great for exploring. We didn’t paddle board in the harbor but there were many others enjoying it! „The property is across the board walk from the beach, so couldn't be easier to enjoy the huge sands and ocean. Kim was available anytime I had a question and was very accommodating.Unfortunately, the cliff (in front of a number of properties) gave way awhile back, so we weren’t able to go on the balcony and take advantage of the amazing view. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich empfangen und mit einem Upgrade auf ein Ocean View Zimmer überrascht – dazu gab’s sogar eine Flasche Wein aufs Haus. Der Blick aufs Meer vom Zimmer aus war einfach traumhaft und die direkte Lage am Strand ist wirklich unschlagbar – perfekt für entspannte Stunden in der Sonne oder einen Spaziergang am Wasser. Das gesamte Team war super freundlich und stets bemüht, besonders möchten wir uns bei Nick, Morgan und Bachir bedanken – ihr habt unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung für alle, die eine gemütliche Unterkunft mit echtem Beach-Feeling suchen."

"Die Unterkunft wirkt in den Medien wesentlich moderner als sie tatsächlich ist. Die Zimmer sind sauber aber dann doch an der ein oder anderen Stelle in die Jahre gekommen. Der Preis ist in meinen Augen zu hoch gegriffen. Die Gebühren für den Parkplatz sind einfach nur frech (45USD p. Nacht)."
