The area
Once an independent town, Gracia has kept its own look and feel, which is why it feels like an insular space, a village in the middle of a vibrant city. Located in the heart of Barcelona, it’s unique bars, boutiques, and restaurants make it the most coveted area to live in for the urban youth. Come on over and discover why it’s such a hit among the locals!

Enjoy the extra space!
Barcelona is quieter these days, with fewer places open for business. However, it's still beautifully vibrant , with plenty to enjoy outdoors & experience around the city.
The apartment is located within walking distance to many parks & different city landmarks, plus (big PLUS) the beach is easily accessible on foot. How cool is that?

Shopping for groceries
There are many well stocked hypermarkets like Mercadona, Sorli, Liddl, Bonpreu, etc. conveniently accessible on foot from the flat. Grab some fresh local produce and put our fully equipped kitchen to good use by cooking a delicious meal.

Fully equipped with an electric stove and a washing machine, the kitchen leads out onto a private balcony. The bedroom has a double bed and a standalone wardrobe, while the bathroom has a large shower, a toilet, and a sink.

In the middle of everything
A true hipster heaven, Gracia is filled with cute restaurants, nice local shops, and amazing bakeries. You’ll be close to the Fontana Metro station (a 3-minute walk), so it'll be very easy to get around Barcelona.

There is one AC unit in the living room and another one in the bedroom.

Travelling by car?

If you are planning on driving to Barcelona, rest assured we’ll help you park your car safely. We typically recommend booking your parking spot ahead of time online, and offer a discount via parclick.

Is this a work trip?

Our apartments are equipped with reliable, fiber optic WI-FI and offer a very comfortable setup to work from home. Well, as comfortable as working can be 😇.

Last minute bookings ?

Official check in time is from 3 PM onwards but for very last minute bookings, we might need to prepare the apartment and only have it ready at 4:30 - 5 PM!

Important information for long term bookings ( bookings of 1 month minimum stay):

Long term bookings have an additional cost of €225 / month for *utilities to be paid upon arrival.

*includes electricity, water, gas, maintenance and internet

Standard Check-in is from 16:00h to 20:00h. However, we can accommodate late arrivals as well.Please note that there are extra charges for late arrivals:

Between 20:00-00:00 the fee is €25 to be paid in cash or by card upon arrival.
After 00:00 the fee is €50 to be paid in cash or by card upon arrival.
