Is a tool that helps us to improve in order to offer a better experience for the next customers.Regarding the size of the rooms it is true that they are not the largest but the space is very well optimize in our opinion. For the cofffee we offer our guest that service at the reception, which is open 24 hours so they can have it any time. The Nespresso machine downstairs is always available.There is a lobbie at the hotel, in the first floor. There are two computers and sofas. That space is exclusive for hotel guests only.Hopefully we can see you again in the near future. If you want a better deal for the next trip, please reach us directlyBest regards
