Nickolas was so helpful! He was doing double duty as his assistant went missing. We took advantage of the dining facility for dinner. My only negative was that the road in front was very busy and noisy

My husband and I had a good time. The only thing we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it was the pool. It was small and there were a lot of kids in it. The location is nice. Everything is close by, in a walking distance and restaurants require driving ( short distance though) .

The hotel was in a very good area. Everything was close by. Some a walking distance ( across a street) some with in 5-7min drive. The only thing their pool it was small. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy it at all. Very small . Other than that everything was great.

Loved my stay! My room was quiet, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is decorated real nice with lots of seating areas to privately visit in the lobby. Staff was friendly. The pool is on the east side of the hotel which is perfect because its completely shaded early. Didn't make it in time for the breakfast.The elevator wasn't working the day we left. They were testing the fire alarm that day so I think that's was why. At least we know they're doing fire safety checks. Everything else was great though. Really happy with my stay!!

Worst experience at Hyatt Place. AC did not work well in one room and the other room the ac was not working at all. The front desk manager was very rude and upon arrival mentioned that expedia reserved a non functional room( the one which had a non working ac) by mistake. He even said go find a room at 1 am at night and said he is not there to clean someone else’s mess. He was not even apologetic and was very reluctant to provide additional fans in the room. We felt a bit undafe in the way the staff behaved with us at night upon checkin. The hotel staff had called in the morning to confirm was stay but they never mentioned about the AC issue on one room. I feel we were victimized here since we arrived late and they gave us the last 2 rooms even though we had booked earlier.
