This modern cabin is brand-new, built in 2024. It's located in the Paradise Estates Community and located 1.5 miles south of Hwy 706E and a short 7-minute drive to the Nisqually gates of Mt. Rainier National Park. You'll find yourself tranquilly tucked between the Nisqually River and Big Creek. Our cabin offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience—just 7 minutes from MRNP entrance and 30 minutes from Paradise Visitor's Center.

You'll have access to the entire cabin and property! There are two locked owner's closets on the 1st floor and supply space attached to laundry. Please do not try and access these areas during your stay. Please park on they gray gravel driveway area. Plenty of room for 3 cars. Please lock the slider door (with security bar), front door and shut the gate when you leave the property.

Living Room sectional has a pull-out queen bed to sleep additional guests next to the fireplace.

**KITCHEN & DINING**
Fully equipped with all the essentials and a touch of luxury—from cookware, utensils and cutlery to a coffee station, tea kettle blender for morning smoothies. The peninsula drawers also hold a power outage kit with flashlights and lanterns. The dining table seats six, with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen peninsula.

**PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE**
A spacious room with tranquil views of Osborne Mtn. Ridge. The Primary suite is outfitted with Purple brand King mattress, luxurious organic cotton linens, premium down duvet, storage and sitting bench, side tables, and ample closet space stocked with a pack and play (mattress pad and linens included), hangers, and a suitcase rack.

**PRIMARY ENSUITE BATHROOM**
Located next to the primary bedroom, this bathroom includes spacious shower, premium toiletries, backlit mirror, plenty of fresh towels and all the essentials.

**ENSUITE LAUNDRY**
The laundry center is located inside the primary suite to the right upon entry. It's complete with stacked washer/dryer, two-bin hamper, iron and ironing board.

**BONUS LOFT**
Arrive upstairs to a versatile retreat perfect for sitting and sipping your morning coffee or tea, with two plush chairs, side tables, a reading lamp and shelves for placing a favorite book.

**GUEST BEDROOM**
This room features a Twin XL over Queen bunkbed, Purple brand mattresses, organic cotton sheets, luxury down duvets, cozy plush seating, a small side table, a closet with hangers, a suitcase rack.

**MAIN BATHROOM**
This bath offers a tub | shower, back lit mirror, premium toiletries, plenty of fresh towels and all the essentials.

**DOWNSTAIRS LINEN CLOSET**
Closet stores First Aid kit, fire extinguishers, bath towels, spa towels, solo stove inserts, an extra set of pillows and linens for the sleeper sofa.

**BACKYARD**
A private outdoor oasis with something for every season— a string-lit patio with comfortable chairs, side table and fueled Solo Stove for warmth and ambiance and a hot tub always warm and ready for a soak. Gather around the fire pit, seated in comfortable Adirondack chairs to cap off your adventures or just enjoying the evening with family and friend.

Ashford is a rural area with very limited options for public transportation and no bus stops. Ride-sharing or taxi (still very limited) would be your best option if you planned to leave the cabin and not drive your own vehicle.

To start exploring from our property:
- turn left on Kernahan Rd E and follow the road until intersection with 706E. A right turn takes you to MRNP. A left turn heads toward Ashford and back to Elbe;
- turn right out of the property and follow Skate Creek Rd (closed in winter) for 23 miles to Packwood and Hwy 12.



Power Outages:
Our cabin is located in a rural area, prone to power outages. In the event of a power outage, emergency flashlights are available in every bedroom and common area. Heat, hot water, and cooking are gas powered and unaffected. Please note that the hot tub, wall heaters, and WiFi require electricity to operate.

No Pets Policy:
No pets permitted. Trained ADA Service animals are permitted with necessary documentation and must be pre-coordinated before booking.

TV Information:
We have two Roku Smart TVs. The TVs are enabled with 'guest mode' for guests to enjoy your own subscriptions. Guest mode will automatically log out of your account at the end of your stay.

Septic System:
The cabin is equipped with a sensitive septic system. Please stay off of the mounded area in the front (SE corner of the property), which are a part of this system.

Sanitization:
Please Enjoy the piece of mind with our professional top-tier sanitization. Your well-being is our top priority. Please also note that this property prohibits smoking and pets.

Firewood:
Please note we do not provide firewood for the fire pit, however If firewood is present you are welcome to use it. Firewood is available for purchase from vendors locally. It is guest's responsibility to follow to established burn bans.

Visitors:
We do not allow visitors on the premises at any time. We provide rate flexibility to ensure the best value to groups up to maximum occupancy. Please ensure all guests are registered at booking; rates change based on party size. Please register infants as they are counted for max occupancy.

Hot Tub Use:
Hot tub use is not recommended for guest with certain medical conditions. Please consult your doctor if you are pregnant, have heart disease, high blood pressure, circulatory issues, or other medical conditions that may be affected by heat.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out:
Early check-in and late check-out are available with 24 hour notice and evaluated on case by case basis dependent on our cleaning team availability. $50 fee applies to each.

Exterior Camera:
For your safety, this property is equipped with an exterior surveillance camera with audio that actively records during your reservation. This camera is solely monitoring the cabin front door and driveway, with no view of the interior.
