On site staff were great. We had an issue with the oven and they worked with us to resolve it in a timely manner and provided us with a room credit for the inconvenience.
My only issue id the treatment received by the offsite management office when I called to question the credit on my bill. The representative was condescending, called me a liar and refused to connect me to the property for clarification. Clearly she was in a bad place that day. When I finally got through to the property later in the day, they clearly explained the question I had.
Overall, the value was exceptional and the suite was more than comfortable for our needs.
