My bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. I did read in advance that the kitchens were not stocked- you would have to ask the front desk for supplies like utensils and glasses, which I did. The only thing in the kitchen was a kitchen towel and a small packet of dishwasher detergent. But there wasn't a dishwasher, so cleaning your borrowed kitchen items with dishwasher detergent powder is not exactly normal. They should have little bottles of dish soap. My fridge and freezer were set to the highest settings, but they didn't work. I put an ice pack in the freezer overnight, and it was barely cool in the morning. I had put little bottles of milk and OJ (that I brought from home because they don't have any there) in the fridge overnight, and they were barely cold in the morning, so I had to throw them out. The hotel doesn't have an ice machine, which is frustrating. The kitchen freezer comes with ice cube trays, but as I mentioned, my freezer didn't work anyway. The desk chair was stained all over and needed to be cleaned or replaced. The bathroom fan was very loud, and the bathroom and kitchen floors were a bit sticky. The sink and shower were fine. The TV remote was annoying. When I tried to use the guide feature on the remote, the channel information on the screen did not match the actual channel. The most irritating thing was the marijuana smell the minute I got out of my car in the parking lot. People were smoking outside the entrance at all times. Gross.
