„Preis / Leistung stimmt hier nicht. Die Zimmer sollten dringend modernisiert werden. Teppichboden im Zimmer geht bei diesem Preis gar nicht mehr. Restaurant und Frühstück top. Aber der Zimmerpreis ist eindeutig viel zu hoch und dann extra noch 10 $ fürs parken. “

„Das Hotel ist ok, ein bisschen weg von der stadt. Die zimmer gross, das bett bequem, ein bisschen dunkel da nur ein kleines fenster. Grundsätzlich sauber, einfach die teppiche in den gängen richen ein bisschen. “

Tolles Zimmer mit Ausblik (und Balkon!) in der Main Lodge erhalten (sollte man eines in den Single Lodges erhalten findet man sich inmitten eines Mini-Hotel-Dorfes wieder). Während unserer Zeit gab es Hinweise, dass 2 Bären auf dem Grundstück sind. Das Personal hat uns umfangreich informiert, ohne dass wir in Panik verfallen. Aber ist halt auch Natur. Das Hotel ist abgelegen am anderen Ended es Jasper NP (bei Miette Hot Springs), ...

„Excellent rustic experience. We received a complimentary upgrade to a bungalow and it was such a pleasant surprise. This property is nearly 90 years old and super well maintained and comfortable. We had a wood burning fireplace in the living room which was separate from the bedroom. Overall, it was charming and we would definitely go back. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location next to the Johnston Canyon made it easy to hike the canyon and explore other places. The only ...

„The place is well located as Banff and Canmore are easily accessible within minutes. However, in front of the windows a new house was built which resulted in little noise and a limited view. For the future, it will not be possible to see the mountains from the living room anymore. Also, the kitchen equipment could be a little bit better quality and variety, but overall it is fine. „Clean and comfortable. Stocked with everything you would need. Hosts were great at providing all the information needed. The only negative thing worth mentioning is that the bedroom was freezing. Turning up the heat and using the fireplace did nothing to warm up the bedroom. Temperatures were only about -5 when we stayed. Maybe the hosts could provide a small electric heater for the bedroom. Other than that everything was great.“
