„Although they promised me to keep my luggage for 3 days before I arrived at hotel they denied to store the luggage because of their hotel policy.
I had to find an alternative in the last moment because the Hotel Manager denied. Additional there was working at the Hotel so it was very loud. The breakfast variety was very poor. The rooms are very beautiful but the management is very bad! I won‘t come again!“

"Das Hauptproblem war der Kanalgestank im Zimmer. Das Housekeeping war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich, aber sie haben keine Ahnung vom Putzen, obwohl ich extra Trinkgeld für eine gute Reinigung gegeben habe. Die Handtücher waren nicht richtig gewaschen. Ich war so froh eigene Reisehandtücher dabei gehabt zu haben.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut, aber auf indische Gäste ausgerichtet. Mich hat das nicht gestört. Ich fand es wirklich gut. Für unempfindliche Gäste ist das Hotel eine gute Wahl.

Wer allerdings nicht 10-15 Minuten zur nächsten Metro-Station laufen möchte, eine großzügige Pool-Landschaft mit vielen Liegen oder einen eigenen Strandzugang sucht, sollte sich für eine andere Unterkunft entscheiden! Das Hotel bietet Shuttle-Bus-Verbindungen zum Kite-Beach (2x am Tag), zur Dubai Mall (1x am Tag) und zur Mall of the Emirates (1x am Tag) an. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe zum Flughafen, aber NICHT in der Flugschneise - wir haben zu keiner Zeit Fluglärm wahrnehmen können!
Alles in allem: Ein tolles Stadthotel mit einem tollen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - wir kommen wieder!!
Ein kleiner Hinweis: Der 145qm-Apartmentbeschreibung ist zu entnehmen, dass es über 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder verfügt. Das stimmte so bei unserem Apartment nicht: Wir hatten 2 Badezimmer und 1 Gäste-WC. Hier sollte die Beschreibung angepasst werden, um Missverständnissen/Problemen/Schwierigkeiten vorzubeugen."
"Stayed there for three nights stopover on my way back from southeastern Asia. Being the last weekend before Ramadan, I paid one third over the regular rate for the season. Reception staff insisted to cash in the municipality/tourist tax immediately at check-in. Asked them to let me go to the room first and pay later as I carried some local currency in my baggage. They insisted to be paid on the spot. Gave them the credit card details and got the key. Very unpleasant welcome. On the other hand staff was pretty accommodating. They paid attention to my requests concerning the room.
Weird pungent room odour, though at first glance it smelled of cleaning products. The floor carpet was old and stained, and probably a source of unpleasant odour. Bathroom was cramped, however clean and the installations worked splendidly. On the whole I didn’t feel confortable due to the smelly room and old carpeted floor.
Notwithstanding that I hadn’t any breakfast there, I walked around their breakfast buffet and food looked fresh and smelled enticing.
