„Dieses "Hotel" ist leider völlig durch, die Fotos stimmen leider in keinster Weise mit dem Original überein. Ich denke das dort seit 2012 nichts mehr passiert oder renoviert worden ist. Die Zimmer und die Betten sind grenzwertig und fertig. Die Sauberkeit ebenfalls grenzwertig. Das / die Bäder sind völlig runter. Farbe blättert von der Denke und den Wänden. Es gibt lediglich eine Toilette und eine Brause darüber. Die Klimaanlagen sind alle defekt oder nicht mehr vorhanden. Es hängen überall ...

„Das Hotel liegt super, direkt neben der Cheops-Pyramide. Vom Balkon und Bett abends der letzte Blick auf diese erhabene Sehenswürdigkeit ist traumhaft. „This is a very unique family managed property. We find it’s an excellent fit for us. We have a rooftop view of the pyramids, breakfast in the morning, a clean comfortable stay and good hot water. Marco and family are helpful and knowledgeable. He will arrange transport and tours and is very helpful. Once you get to know the area, everything is at your fingertips. "This hotel has great value for money. I was very well greeted upon arrival by a Desk Manager (Mr. Ibrahim) who was always making sure that I'm having a comfortable stay. The room, which is standard, overlooked a beautiful garden with high Palm trees. The housekeeping was v. good (especially Mr. Samir). The food is OK. The hotel is a bit far from Heliopolis center. Nonetheless, Uber service is available w/o a problem. Overall, I liked the hotel and intend to visit again."

"Wie in vielen Rezessionen ist die Lage perfekt für die Besichtigung der Pyramiden. Für alles andere nutzt Uber. Taxis und alles andere wird nach "Gesicht" und Tagesform berechnet. Was nicht so schön ist ist das es derzeit im Hotel nur ein Frühstück (Intercontinental) gibt und das Personal allgemein bei den inklusiv Leistungen nicht wirklich motiviert ist. Auch sind die Verkäufer auf den Straßen sehr penetrant. "Hello my friend. Where are you from?" Ist der Einstieg für irgendwelche Dienstleistungen oder Waren zu überhöhten Preisen. Sehr schade denn es gibt auch echt tolle und nette Einheimische. Bspw. Nino von Ninos Sandwich Shop."
