Unser Kühlschrank war bei Beziehung des Zimmers noch voller Lebensmittel v vorigen Gast. Mussten wir selber entsorgen. Wir waren 4 Personen, es gab nur 3 gr Handtücher u das 4. zu bekommen war sehr mühsam.u langwierig. Geht in jedem Motel schneller. Der Wasserdruck.in d Dusche war leider schrecklich. „Das premium Zimmer mit Lounge Access war an sich super. Das Bad ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lounge war zumindest bei uns ein absoluter Graus. Am Nachmittag gab es quasi nichts zu essen. Der Kühlschrank mit Getränken war leer und die Lounge war absolut dreckig. Sowohl die Tische wie auch die Stühle. Wir sind dann auswärts essen gegangen. „Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal für Unternehmungen im Zentrum von Toronto. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Queensize Betten. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß. Das separate Badezimmer hatte eine begehbare Dusche. Das Hotel war insgesamt modern, sauber und in gutem Zustand. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Terrasse in den oberen Etagen ist toll zum entspannen. Dort gibt es Loungemöbel, jedoch keine Bewirtung. Zu den Stoßzeiten mussten wir deutlich länger auf den Aufzug warten. Zum Parken steht der Valet ...

„Obwohl das Hotel äußerlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu scheint, macht es einen sehr guten Eindruck. Perfekte zentrale Lage, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und einen reibungslosen Ablauf. WLAN war super und auch das Gym war überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Großer TV und eine vernünftige Ausstattung. Irgendwann müsste mal renoviert werden, aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank!“

Reception staff were very friendly but there needs to be a way to improve the airport shuttle booking process. Forcing everyone to call an automated line which doesn’t understand what you want is just a very poor service. There should be a way to book it via email or message to the hotel. I would stay again despite this issue.“

"The Chelsea Hotel has been my go-to Hotel when in Toronto as it is central and has great food options nearby. It‘s staff has always been helpful and kind!"

"Positive: 1.rooms are really spacious and comfortable. Bed very confortable with different choice of pillows. 2.Very clean and well maintained: houskeeping is doing a great job . Special mention to Julie who was really accomodating. 3.Free hotel shuttle to and from the airport with nice and helpful drivers Negative: 1. Frontdesk staff is really not helpful. Lack of willingness to help with basic information and bordeline rude and disrespectul. They might need some training on how to address costumers 2.Location is a bit far from Toronto center but the shuttle to the airport makes it easier to just grab transport from the airport to the city center (20mn ride) 3.There is no restaurant in the hotel which is unfortunate ( specially for breakfast) but plenty of options at a walking distance. There is also a Denny's restaurant connected to the hotel but mainly American fast food. To summarize gokd hotel but frontdesk staff need to do better"
