„ Das Hotel liegt in einem Industriegebiet mit eingestreuten Schnellrestaurants, ohne jede Möglichkeit der Freizeitgestaltung. Die Restauration wird von einem Restaurant der Dennies Kette erledigt, schmierig und langsam. Das Hotel benötigt eine Generalsanierung und besserem Zimmerservice Die Garage ist geräumig aber völlig verstaubt. Preis zu hoch für das gebotene. “

„Transfer muss bei Ankunft angerufen werden, was mit einem ausländischen Tarif natürlich extra kostet. Aber er war sehr zügig da, Rücktransfer kein Problem. “

„The room did not sleep 6. The sofa was not a sleeper. The room look nothing like the pictures. The front desk for checkin had no idea of our arrival and had to call the phone number on file for further information. I did not receive an email for check in until 1am in the morning. The front door was hard to lock and would often have to leave the room unlocked so the key did not break. “

„Great furnished 2bed/2bath apartment in the center of Mississauga. This is a 10 years old high end apartment built by Tridel. Underground parking, access to gym, pool, mini golf and theater in the building. For us it is definitely a better choice than staying in a traditional hotel. Nothing is better than a home away from home.“

Check-in was at another main unit and felt shady – door opened 6 inches "name" then out came a sheet of paper and a key and door asked "OK". „Die Lage ist super aber alles andere muss dringend verbessert werden. Die Apartment war aufgefräumt und oberflächlich geputzt aber nicht richtig sauber. Ich musste beim Ankommen die Badewanne einbisschen nachputzen. Die Putzfrau musste auch wieder kommen und die Belüftung sauber machen, die sie wurde Monate lange nicht (wenn überhaupt) geputzt. „This was a terrible experience I will never use VRBO again. My credit card was charged even though the homeowner cancelled at the last minute. The only good thing is that the VRBO helpline people seem to genuinely be trying to help.; and don’t get me wrong I appreciate their help but they are helping me with a problem that should never had arisen - plus it has taken me hours literally on the phone trying to ensure I get a refund !
