„A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced.“

„Das Preisleistungsverhältnis verdient 100 Punkte, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Zimmer sauber und großzügig. Im allgemeinen war es ein bisschen dunkel, bei besserem Wetter wär der Eindruck evtl. nicht gewesen. Wir würden dort wieder buchen. Minus gibt es für Frühstück, und für die Sauna, und für den Fernseher.“

„Wir waren das 2.Mal im Casa Karina. Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Große Zimmer, gute Betten, schöner Spa, nettes Personal und das Essen war wieder lecker. Aber... leider nicht warm genug. Schade. Dafür eine große Auswahl. Wir kommen gerne wieder. “

„This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. “

„Sehr nettes Personal. Abgenutzte, altmodische Einrichtung. Restaurant im Keller, ohne Tageslicht, das Essen schlecht. Kleiner, netter Spabereich.“

„Superb value for money. The staff was very helpful satisfying all our needs.the hotel provided a free shuttle bus service to bansko ski center that was great. Dinner was tasteful but Limited in selections. Even when our car was not running because of low battery due to freezing cold, they immediately helped us. Thanks kostadin for everything. We would surely stay again on your hotel on our next visit to bansko. by the way the hotel is a four star one and not three as mentioned.“

„We paid for a room with all inclusive. The food was very delicious and diverse. The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is that after dinner there isn’t entertainment for the guests ,like a play room, especially when you’re in Bansko out of the season. One ...

"Hotel Review I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The rooms were spacious, which added to the comfort of our stay. Another highlight was the large and varied breakfast selection, which exceeded our expectations. On the downside, the hotel is a bit outdated, particularly the spa area, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, having a car is essential as the location is not very convenient for public transportation. Overall, the price-to-performance ratio was good, and despite the minor drawbacks, we enjoyed our time here."

"Leider gibt es noch teppichboden in den Zimmern der nicht mehr ganz in Ordnung ist ansonsten sind die Zimmer fantastisch riesengroß auch die Balkone schön geräumig. Das Mineralwasser Becken war leider umringt und stark benutzt von vielen Kindern schade dass dieses eine Becken nicht kinderfrei gehalten wird zum Gesundheit regenerieren und auch vielleicht die Raucher dort eine extra Zone hätten denn es gibt ja noch viele andere Pools wo für alle alles offen sein kann"
