„Wir buchten ein Apartment mit Balkon und erhielten leider nur ein kleines Nebenzimmer ohne Balkon. Auch auf Ansprache war man nicht bereit uns das gebuchten Zimmer zu geben daher sehr enttäuschend. Die Umgebung war sehr schön, das Hotel liegt jedoch in einem gesichterten Golf Resort und sollte mit einem eigenen Auto angefahren werden. “

„We rent this property for our wedding, I got a photo session in here and stay the night with my wife after our wedding. When we arrive one of the Tv´s was broken, when we did our checkout they told us we will need to pay for the TV (Which was already broken). Manager of the property was charging us $8,000 for it and wouldn´t let us go. After I asked for the pictures of the property previous our arrival I was able to show them it was their fault. They also claim a girl leave our apartment at 7 am ...
