„The front desk attendant was very friendly and kind. The hotel was nice, our only complaint was we stuck to the floor. Our shoes and bare feet were black. Weird, like the floor hadn’t been mopped in weeks. “

„I stood there and both days it was loud like it was a party. I had to call front desk almost at midnight because I couldn’t take it anymore. The first day there was a fight next door until late. Then people just throwing the door. I guess some people are staying there Indefinitely Maybe they are homeless and were given a room. Because a few people from different rooms were screaming and talking to different people from downstairs. The room itself was comfortable and clean but the noise and ...

„The only thing that was annoying was there was no parking at the hotel. We had to park in the parking garage and pay $10 for one night. Everything else was great. The breakfast was especially good. A lot of options to choose from. The room was also really nice and clean. “

„Very nice front end staff, answered questions and offered help graciously! Helped us figure out shuttle and airport time. Beds were super comfortable and loved the pillows. No big deal but we only had two towels for four people but we made it work. “

„Das Hotel liegt 10min per Shuttle vom Flughafen BWI bzw. Bhf. entfernt. Das Hotelshuttle (bis 22h) ist kostenlos. Gegenüber gibt es ein Restaurant Ruby Tuesday und einen kleinen Supermarkt an der Tankstelle. Zum Frühstück werden neben Kaffee u. Tee leider nur Muffins und Musliriegel gereicht. Geschirr gibts vom Zimmerservice. Zug nach Washington mit MARC Train USD 7 einfach.“

„Das Hotel war zum Übernachten in Ordnung. Wir haben bei dem günstigsten Hotel vor Ort kein Super-Hotel erwartet. Es war recht sauber, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstücksauswahl war überraschend gut.“

„We loved our stay! We stayed on the 6th floor which had a great view of the city. The hotel room felt clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was pretty quiet. There’s a parking garage across the street that is convenient and cheaper on the weekends. “

„Cassandra was amazing and made us feel very welcomed. My only complaint was the smell of cat pee in the hallway and the cleaners used to cover up the smell. Other than that it was a nice home away from home.“
