„Nice“

„Amenities and rooms are new. However, the pool was overcrowded with China locals and their kids, making the sauna and steam room a mess. Breakfast buffet with also crowded with China locals and rowdy.“

„Excellent Location – The hotel is conveniently located near the South Gate of Lijiang Ancient Town, just a 10-minute walk from the town center, offering both tranquility and easy access to attractions. Thoughtful Service– Upon prior arrangement, the staff will greet you upon arrival, assist with luggage, and welcome you with complimentary tea and fresh fruit—a lovely personal touch. Hier fühlt man ...

„Very good “

„There is nothing to complain about. The host was so friendly, helpful and provided support for anything you can imagine. It was an experience beyond expectations. I can‘t imagine Lijiang without staying in this place.“

„The staff were great and very friendly. For that price you can not go wrong. The location is great as well.“

„Such a nice place to stay. The guest house is really beautiful. A very nice entryway with a yard full of nice plants and flowers. The hosts and staff are extremely welcoming and helpful, offering plenty of suggestions about the old town and surrounding villages. They helped us as well finding and organizing the ressources for travelling around to traditional villages and the Snow mountain park. A huge thank you to Roxana and Leo for the wonderful experience.“

„Access to the hotel needs to be clarified at the lower entrance. And the hotel name - Cloudhaven Retreat (花开花落半山居) needs to be updated. The hotel is using another name right now. “

„I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and came with excellent amenities, including a nice bathtub and a Japanese bidet toilet. Housekeeping was prompt and consistent every day. A special thanks to Ms. Xiao Qing at the reception. She was very welcoming and went out of her way to help us plan day trips to the best spots in Lijiang. Her local tips made our visit much more enjoyable. The highlight was the breathtaking mountain view from the room — a perfect start to each ...

„A stunning and tranquil hotel located inside the Lijiang Dayan ancient town. The staff are all helpful and polite. They provided snacks and brewed tea during check-in, as well as afternoon tea that was delivered directly to our room. They also offered special services such as laundry and turndown service. It was marvelous that we could see Yulong Snow Mountain directly from our room window. Breakfast options were varied and delicious. My parents really enjoyed staying here. I would definitely ...

„Great base just right outside the old town. Very clean, well built and great service by the crew. The cocktail bar is also a nice place to relax and unwind.“
