"Ein wirklich tolles Hotel – modern, sauber und mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, direkt beim London Eye. Vor der Tür befindet sich eine U-Bahn-Station, zudem sind mehrere Supermärkte fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben als Familie (2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) hier übernachtet. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und bieten alles, was man braucht. Das King-Size-Bett war sehr bequem, und auch die Größe des Zimmers war absolut ausreichend. Besonders praktisch fanden wir, dass man am TV problemlos Netflix & Co. streamen konnte. In der ersten Nacht hatten wir ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage, die nicht funktionierte. Am Abend konnte leider niemand mehr nachsehen, doch am nächsten Tag wurde das Problem behoben. Als Entschuldigung fanden wir eine persönliche Nachricht und kleine Schokoladen im Zimmer – das war für uns ein Zeichen von erstklassigem Service. Einziger Nachteil: Es gibt keine eigenen Hotelparkplätze. In ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg Entfernung befindet sich jedoch ein großer Parkplatz, wo man für ca. 30 £ pro 24 Stunden parken kann. Wer an der Straße parkt, sollte morgens unbedingt umparken, da dort die Gebühren sehr hoch sind und schnell Strafzettel verteilt werden. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen bei unserem nächsten London-Besuch sicher wieder!"

"das Hotel war wirklich perfekt, tolle Möbel, ich hatte Bedenken, dass das Classic Einzelzimmer mit 6m2 sehe beengt ist, es war jedoch perfekt aufgeteilt und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal hat ebenfalls zu einem unvergesslichen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Die Lage ist wunderbar - unbedingt runter zur Themse/South Bank gehen!"

"The hotel offers everything you need. There are many restaurants and shopping facilities in the neighbourhood. Highly recommended as a starting point to discover London, the underground station is not far away. Canary Wharf itself is also highly recommended, away from the hustle and bustle of central London, very clean and super nice. We will definitely be back."

"We stayed at Sea Container hotel 4 nights with my family. We enjoyed very much our stay. The restaurant and service were excellent. The highlight was the staff friendliness and readiness to help. Unfortunately we were robbed the evening before our departure at the neighboring pub and lost the travel documents and phone. We didn’t get much help from the Police or the pub. But the hotel reception staff and the security personnel were very understanding and kind to help us. The security personnel accompanied me and my husband throughout the whole process. The reception manager organized a room for us in case we can’t leave the country without the travel documents. Actually, they were fully booked. The next morning the service manager at the breakfast offered toys to our children to make them happy. We thank the Sea Containers staff from bottom of our heart for your excellent support. "

"Ich hatte ein Zimmer im 11. Stockwerk mit Blick auf Londons Tower Bridge, super. Das Zimmer war sauber und der Service super. Das Badezimmer war leider etwas veraltet, Badewanne zum Einstieg in die Dusche. Für den Preis wäre eine Walkin Dusche angebracht. Sonst die U Bahn Station gleich um die Ecke 👍👍👍"
