„Das Hotel befindet sich zur Zeit in Renovierung. Flure und Frühstücksbereich stehen voll mit alter Zimmerausstattung und Umzugskartons. Es riecht nach Farbe und sieht aus wie eine Baustelle. Service und Zimmer sind ok. Im Augenblicklichen Zustand würde ich das Hotel nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt buchen, um ein-zweimal zu übernachten geht es gerade so.“

„1st room was very noisy. 2nd room was quieter. The bed was hard, the pillows were small and soft. Upon staying there i noticed that there were screw holes in the walls, sconces were screwed to the walls with drywall screws. Mini fridge had the freezer door off but inside the fridge. Ice box needed defrosting. Paintwork was sloppy. Bath fan was not working. Paint was chipping from ceiling. Shower curtain was loose and had been hung too far outside the tub to where the curtain didnt seat properly ...

„We had a wonderful stay. Owner/innkeeper was a delight. The family did an amazing job with the restoration of the place. Bed and Breakfast and was outstanding. We will definitely book again when we are visiting that area. Glad we decided to book there instead of the hotels in Halifax or the nearby towns.“

„House is really cute and inside very interesting and perfectly clean. We had several issues - internet too spotty to use (no work, no TV), no water by dock, neighborhood not great. No matches to light fire-pit and no wood made available. All restaurants and activities closed because considered off season (even hiking). „The cabin was just what we needed. Family gathered in the area for a high school graduation, and the cabin close to the graduation venue. Other members of the family came for dinner, which was cooked on the smoker on the back porch. It was a great spot.“

„Our glamping experience at the serenity loft was wonderful ,cabin was very clean, beautiful cabin (loved the decor) . Loved the bougie farmhouse look bathhouse (very nice & clean) The host Jim was very nice and accommodating , A wonderful host ! „We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage was super nice - honestly, the photos don’t do it justice. The hosts were very easy to communicate with, and although we weren’t there most of the time, the time we did spend at the property was peaceful and relaxing. The exterior space was a huge plus. „This home is perfect for 2-3 guest. You could fit 4 people easy enough. Although it is a smaller home, the kitchen, living room and dining area is roomy and open! The outdoor area is wonderful. Very private location with a nice outdoor patio. Outdoor picnic table and what appears to be several acres of land surrounding the home. The host responds quickly if you have any questions. I was a guest at home June 2026 and would absolutely return to this home if I am in the area again.“

„Hidden Gem, our family and dogs had an absolute blast staying at Sasquatch ranch. Finding a vacation spot that genuinely welcomed pets was truly a blessing. The moment we arrived our kid loved all the goats and feeding them the food left with our welcome gift. Good walking trail for the dogs to walk around and enjoy the exercise. The bass pond has some pretty big bass so bring your fishing rods. Great stay!!!!“
