The hotel was excellent, and the staff was extremely accommodating and reserved a ground floor room on the second night so that we could easily access the exit to take our dog for a walk. "Das Hotel an sich hat eine sehr günstige Lage, toller Wald auf der einen Seite und in 5 Minuten ist man in einer grossen Mall. Was unbedingt besonders erwähnt werden muss, ist die Garten- und Poolanlage, liebevoll gepflegt und perfekt sauber. Negativ zu erwähnen wäre nur die deutliche Zurückhaltung des Personals hinsichtlich grüßen der Gäste, weder beim Frühstück, noch auf den Etagen oder am Frontdesk, es gibt kein Hallo oder ähnliches, schade."
"The accommodation was anything but what the pictures showed. My door had a huge gap, the curtain on the window was down - anyone could see in. Rooms stinks!! The kitchen was dirty and the doors were peeling. Lots of strange stains on the walls, could be anything from blood to dirt?
Sticky and loose floor. Dead cockroaches. On top of that they ask you for a USD 100 deposit and return it a week after departure. This is NOT a temporary hold like in any other hotel. I moved to another hotel at the day of arrival. I will contact CHOICE Hotel directly. Pictures are taken. Even for a budget place, this is a disgrace!"
