„Even though it was the middle of Hay season on a working, well kept, dairy farm, the host was responsive to the last-minute addition of a guest on 24hours notice. Due to the high demand for accommodations and need for a fast turnover this time of year some small items, like hand soap, shampoo, were not at levels you might expect but there was an abundance of clean towels. The microwave, fancy Keurig, and 4 slice toaster were in good working order, the refrigerator was clean and adequate for our ...

„Romantisch am See. “

„Nice Motel. Looks litte aged from outside, but clean and comfortable rooms. Awesome view on the lake.“

„I loved my room at this motel. I was able to park close to my door. The room was large, comfortable, very clean, and smelled fresh. I enjoyed the lake view. It is about a 10 minute drive to Cooperstown. And a 3 minute drive to an excellent brunch restaurant called Local Affairs. Although I did not utilize it, the arcade room was very cool. For budget travelers, this motel is exceptional.“

„Freundlich nett Zimmer saubersauber “

„Being called the Baseball Hotel would make one think there would be something related to baseball on the premiiiNothing. The outside was a mess incuding the cheap sign they tacked up outside. Not a sioulsis roun“

„Clean and comfy, nothing to complain. We took our breakfast outside with a nice view over the lake.“

„Price quoted was not the price owner tried to charged. Coffeemaker provided with no coffee or filters, no cups. Towels were forgotten to be put in room. Heat, clock, and fridge were unplugged. Was questioned as to why I turned the heat on in the room. Advertises breakfast/ snack Cafe on premises not operational. No restaurants or stores nearby. Room was clean and spacious and quiet. Bed was comfortable and clean.“

„Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfy“

„Great location right next to the water, offering a great view on the canal side. Tons of character being a converted mill. The continental breakfast could offer more options, but it wasn't bad. The room was cool, strong water pressure in the shower, quiet heating/cooling equipment, quiet surroundings, comfy bed. Nice place.“

Sehr lieb!

„Austin, the owner, was incredibly hospitable. Everything went super smooth, rooms were clean and spacious and the backyard had a BBQ patio and a great variety of games all free to use! Would definitely recommend!“

„Dirty, smelled terrible as soon as you open the door.“

„This bed and breakfast is one of the cleanest, most charming and comfortable places my husband and I have ever stayed in! The host Mike is amazing! He called us the morning of to take our breakfast order and to walk is through the check-in process (which is very easy) and even gave us recommendations for dinner. Definitely try PK’s pub if you like a good home cooked meal. We would hands down recommend this to everyone and would love to stay here again!“

„Got in after midnight, room was ready and quiet with air conditioning running smoothly. Bathroom clean with all essentials present including toilet paper stocked properly which matters late at night!“
