„A really cool experience to stay in a renovated barn so close to Colgate’s campus. It was a 4 minute drive but felt like a world away. Very quiet location with an impressive stream to walk to on the property. We loved our stay!“

„Great communication with host. Google Maps doesn't connect it but the road goes through from either side. Had a wonderful stay. Near Vestal Parkway for restaurants and hikes property and nearby trails at SUNY Bing. Staris are narrow as noted. Will book again!“

„Loved everything about the place. It worked well for us staying close to Colgate and casinos. We were in for football weekend of Syracuse vs Colgate. The only thing we would change is there is no TV channels We are a big college football family so wanted to watch games. We streamed games over our phones and projected to TV using WIFI but had trouble connecting.“

„Well maintained clean and comfortable house. We liked the vintage 1960’s decorations and vibe. Bruce greeted us on arrival and was very pleasant and helpful. We were in town to visit the Bethel Woods center for a concert and this house was less than 4 miles away - perfect location. A very pleasant and enjoyable weekend Thank you Bruce“

„Group of six Seniors traveling the Erie Canal Bikeway. The Verona Beach house was perfect for us. Everything we needed, and it’s size allowed us to spend more time together. Communication with Tanya was easy, Quick and clear. Would stay here again when in the area. “

„Book it now! This place is better than the pictures! Everything was carefully thought out when planning this home for guests! Perfectly clean, absolutely everything you need in the kitchen for cooking (looks new & durable), plenty of silverware, plates bowls and glassware. The beds are so comfortable, like floating on a cloud. I need soft beds for my sore shoulders and the master mattress was perfect (i'm buying one for my home).
