There was many activities included in the stay such as tennis, horseshoes, mini golf (a little run down) and swimming/hot tub. Our "room" was super spacious and comfortable. Only things to note is the pullout couch in the living room was broken when we went to use it and shower is a bit on the small side, the shower head isn’t adjustable so it may be difficult for some to use. „When we arrived the lawn was about a foot tall, dead and living bugs were abundant, the second floor smelled like cigarette smoke, cobwebs and spiderwebs were abundant. We had to vacuum and clean out the spiderwebs out of the shower ourselves. The linnens were however clean.“

„This is a great place for a fly fisherman or anyone looking for a getaway. If you are a fisherman it’s an amazing spot. Easy access to the river, when I arrived there were at least 50 fish rising. The place is clean, private w rv connections. Level. WiFi works great, also a Starlink works well. You can walk 1/2 mile to a decent restaurant and Flyshop. Host is easy to work with, entry to property is easy. Great firepit on the river. Definitely will stay again.“
