„The walls were thin. Could hear next door neighbors.“

„I loved the property! would stay there again.“

„Clean room but the front desk staff was asleep (we checked in around 7pm). The carpet in the hallways were severely stained and it looked like nothing in the hotel hadn’t been updated since the property was built which is crazy considering this was not a cheap hotel. The restaurant was a 9/10.“

„A very nice place at a lovely spot! However if you get a room facing the parking lot, you hear the highway and it’s probably not worth the price of the room. “

„Convenient location with parking garage. Great restaurant and staff.“

„We booked a three-night stay (Feb 18–21, 2026) at Pier B, primarily for a snowmobile tour. Unfortunately, due to a massive blizzard, our tour for the following day was cancelled right as we arrived. The rooms were simple but very clean and well-maintained. Since we had no reason left to stay in Duluth, we were worried about the remaining two nights. However, the hotel staff was incredibly understanding. They immediately refunded our money for the following two nights without any hassle. We are ...

„Nettes Hotel - gute Lage - kein Frühstück in der Woche - nur am Wochenende. Das Serviceangebot war ein bischen karg.“

„Room was clean, staff courteous and helpful, very good breakfast and many options. Parking very accessible.“

„Typisches Mittelklassehotel.

„Everything was great. Friendly and accommodating.“
