„This is a very cute cottage for a small party of two people. Beyond two people it would be cramped. It is reasonably close to the Point Park beaches and the Canal Park area of Duluth. The kitchen was well equipped and supplied as was the bathroom with linens. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it with the following "head's-up's".. „We couldn't find the place for a bit and was unable to connect with the host although I showed 2 missed calls later. The description outline a great location but it was very desolate with dirt yards in front and next to the property. Parking backs up to an alley and it's not in the best area in town. I would not recommend the property to families or female solo travelers. „The location is nice. I like that there’s off street parking. The space was private and mostly clean. Decor was nice. Minor complaints are that the dishwasher is moldy and doesn’t smell great. The bedroom tv wasn’t functioning. There was also hair left in the shower and some dirt on the floor of shower. Water pressure in the shower isn’t great and the shower itself is pretty small, especially for being handicap accessible. Beds were comfy, linens were nice. „This is a beautiful loft in a great, walkable area. It had everything we needed and will gladly stay again. The only cons - no dedicated parking and the Nest thermostat was on a schedule that we couldn’t disable. It got so hot at night.“
