„We chose this location for a fishing trip because the home is situated on a beautiful 1,300-acre lake. While the interior was clean and comfortable, the property overall seemed a bit neglected, with items scattered around outside. „Fern’s cottage is adorable! It is in a beautiful area, the lawn & gardens are immaculate (the smell of the gardenias is heavenly!), and Bob and Linda are so kind. The cottage itself is sparkling clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the window seat and playing games at the table. It was also super easy to get into Little Rock when we needed to.
